Quick Blackberry Cream Pie

1 1/2 cups light cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12-ounce) jar seedless blackberry jam
3 eggs, beaten
1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust
Garnish: whipped cream, blackberries


Bake crust at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Whisk remaining ingredients together except garnish; pour into crust. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, until custard jiggles when gently shaken. Cool; garnish as desired.
