Peach Mousse

Serves: 10

1 1/2 cups ripe peaches, pitted, peeled and mashed
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup milk
2 1/2 cups whipping cream, whipped


Mix together peaches, sugar and milk; fold in whipped cream. Freeze until firm.

Tip: Short & sliced peaches with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Yum!
