Frozen Fruit Yogurt

2 cups low fat plain yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) unsweetened fruit
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 teaspoon powdered stevia extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


• Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. If using raspberries or blackberries, press the blended ingredients through a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds.
• Pour the contents into the container of the ice cream machine. Process according to directions or use the refrigerator method.
