Cashew Cream

Serves: 8

1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
1 cup water
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia extract (to taste)
1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)


• Grind the cashews in part of the water. Add the rest of the water, the oil, stevia extract, and maple syrup or honey. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more water if a thinner cream is desired.
