Orange, Lemon, and Cherry Combo

2 oranges slices, cut 1/4-inch thick
2 lemons slices, cut 1/4-inch thick
2 maraschino cherries with stems
4 mint leaves (optional)


Make a slit in the fruit by cutting through the peel and halfway into the flesh of the orange and lemon slice. If using mint, place two mint leaves in each hole of the cherry where the pit was removed (if the pit remains, cut a small slit in the top). Cut a slit on the opposite side of the cherry. Fit the slit of the orange slice over the rim of a glass, then place a lemon slice beside the orange, and finally place the cherry beside the lemon.
