Pumpkin Pie Shake

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can organic pumpkin and 1/2 cup ice, or 2 cup frozen pumpkin
1 cup dairy or dairy free vanilla ice cream
small pinch each of cinnamong, nutmeg, and allspice
very small pinch cloves
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve, perhaps with a dollop of vegan or dairy whipped cream and sprinkled with crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs. Enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Add a little applesauce or frozen apple juice concentrate for an interesting flavor.
Add a few raisins (soak them in apple juice until soft).
