Almond Lassi

Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds
1 cup distilled or spring water
1 cup raw unfiltered apple juice
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
pinch cinnamon or cardamom or nutmeg

Directions:

Soak the almonds for 48 hours in the cup of distilled or spring water. Add the rest of the ingredients, blend well, and serve in a chilled glass garnished with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
