Combine chicken, crab meat, vegetables, eggs, salt, and pepper. Spoon into 18 buttered Chinese porcelain spoons or heat-proof custard cups. Steam on rack in covered pan over 1 inch of boiling water for 10 minutes. Cool. Remove cakes from spoons and roll in cornstarch. Fry in 1 inch hot oil (375°F) for 5 minutes or until brown. Serve with Lamps of China sauce.
