Herbed Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients

1 tablespoon minced olives
1 tablespoon minced basil
1 pound cottage cheese (small curd)
1 cucumber, diced
1 tablespoon minced onion
freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon minced dill
1 tablespoon minced tarragon
1 cup sour cream
1 green pepper, diced
1 teaspoon salt
mixed salad greens
salad dressing

Directions:

Combine cottage cheese with sour cream, herbs, cucumber, green pepper, onion, salt, and black pepper. Arrange greens on plate and spoon the herbed cottage cheese mixture on top. Serve with your favorite salad dressing (Thousand Island is very good with this recipe).
