Ham with Brandied Peaches

Ingredients

1 (8-pound) precooked, boned ham
6 canned brandied peaches
whole cloves
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon dry mustard
cayenne pepper

Directions:

Score ham and stud with cloves. Combine 1/4 cup of the brandied peach juice, honey, mustard, and a few grains of cayenne pepper. Spread mixture over top and sides of ham. Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 15 minutes or until well glazed, basting once or twice with pan juices. Cool. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve the ham with chilled brandied peaches.
