Deviled Carrots

Ingredients

6 large carrots, quartered lengthwise
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 drops Tabasco Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Sauté carrots in butter for 5 minutes. Add brown sugar, mustard, 2 drops of Tabasco® sauce, salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes, or until tender.
