Baked Fish and Cream

Ingredients

1/2 cup cooked flaked fish steak
1/4 cup light cream
butter
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Place fish and cream in shallow individual baking dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a hot oven (400°F) for 10 minutes.

Author’s note: Try cod, haddock or salmon for best results.
