Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in soup, cheese, peppers, onion, parsley, lemon juice, and mustard powder. Gently fold in shrimp. Spoon into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and bake in 350° oven 30–35 minutes.
Note: To save chopping time, substitute 1 cup frozen seasoning blend in place of onion and peppers.
