Shrimp Gazpacho Soup

1/2 cucumber, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 (46-ounce) can V8 vegetable juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Tabasco to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
2 tablespoons chives
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon tarragon
1 tablespoon chervil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 pound boiled shrimp, shelled


Combine all vegetables with V8 juice. Add spices and shrimp. Chill for 3–4 hours.
