Sauté onion, green pepper, celery, and mushrooms in butter. Stir soup until creamy. Add milk, cheese, sautéed vegetables, uncooked macaroni, and dried beef. Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
