Combine ingredients, mixing well. Drop from teaspoon 1 inch apart on well-greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10–12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove at once from baking sheets, using moistened spatula.
Variations: Chocolate-A-Roons: fold in 4 squares semisweet chocolate before baking. Nut-A-Roons: add 1 cup chopped pecans before baking. Raisin- A-Roons: add 1 cup raisins before baking. Chip-A-Roons: add 1 cup chocolate chips before baking.
