Ingredients

8 cups purified water
1/2 cucumber, unpeeled and thinly sliced
1/2 lemon, unpeeled and thinly sliced

Directions:

chef’s knife, 8-inch
large pitcher or jar

Combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher or jar. Let sit for 8 to 12 hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving. Drink throughout the day. Stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator, Cucumber Lemon Water will keep for 24 hours.
