Ingredients

2 stalks celery
1 tomato, quartered
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1/8 cucumber, unpeeled and sliced lengthwise
10 sprigs parsley or cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1/4 lemon)
dash cayenne or hot sauce (optional)

juicer
citrus juicer or reamer
measuring spoons
spoon

Juice the celery, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, parsley, and garlic. Stir in the lemon juice and cayenne if desired. Alternatively, peel the lemon and put it through the juicer with the vegetables. Serve immediately.
