Oatmeal Breakfast Cake

Ingredients

2 cups oils
3 cups sugar
8 eggs, beaten
4 teaspoons salt
4 cups milk
8 teaspoons baking powder
12 cups oatmeal
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups diced peaches or apples
1-2 cup sliced almonds or ground pecan

Directions:

1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. 2. Pour into two 10 x 13 inch pans. 3. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 4. Serve with warm milk and cinnamon. This recipe freezes well and is excellent to make ahead of time, then take on a camping trip.
