Granola Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients

4 cups rolled oats
2 cups bulgur wheat
1 cup raw sesame seeds
1 cup shelled sunflower seed
2 cups raw wheat germ
2 pinches salt
1/4 cup vanilla extract
3 tablespoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups safflower oil
1 1/2 cups honey

Directions:

In large bowl, mix grains together, add seeds and cinnamon and salt. Stir together add vanilla and mix until vanilla coats all. Heat honey and oil together just until they mix, do not overheat. Add heated oil and honey to grains mix well. Spray Pam on 2 cookie sheets or large baking pans. Spread mixture on pans less than 1 inch deep. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees. Stir 2 or 3 times store in airtight containers in refrigerator
