Saucy Meat and Potatoes

5 to 6 medium red potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
3/4 cup steak sauce, divided
2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2/3 cup chopped onion


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lay potato slices on bottom of a greased 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup steak sauce, beef, bread crumbs, and onion. Press mixture evenly over potato layer. Spread remaining steak sauce over the top. Bake uncovered 65–75 minutes, or until beef is completely cooked through. Makes 4–6 servings.
