Ingredients

4* beef t-bone steaks
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1 tablespoon flour
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 large russet potatoes, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

In an electric skillet with lid, brown meat and set aside.

In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, then pour over steaks in skillet. Cover and simmer at 250 degrees for 50 minutes, or until steaks are done and potatoes are tender. For more even cooking, turn meat and potatoes every 15 minutes. Makes 4–6 servings.

* Sirloin or cubed steaks may be substituted, but cook time will be less and vary due to the thickness of the meat.
