Morning After Baked Potato Hash Browns

Ingredients

2 russet potatoes, baked
2 tablespoons butter
seasoned salt, to taste*
pepper, to taste

Directions:

Grate leftover baked potatoes from last night’s dinner into a frying pan with melted butter. Sprinkle seasonings over top. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Makes 2 servings.

* Garlic salt or rosemary may be substituted.
