Easy Baked Hash Browns

Ingredients

2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans cream of potato soup, condensed
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups fully cooked cubed ham
1 (26-ounce) bag frozen shredded hash brown potato, thawed
1 cup French-fried onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine soup, cheese, ham, and hash browns together. Press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake uncovered 55–65 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly around edges. During last 5–10 minutes of cooking time, sprinkle french fried onions over top. Makes 8–10 servings.

* Cream of mushroom or chicken soups may be substituted.
