Creamy Sour Cream and Cheddar Potatoes

Ingredients

1 (24-ounce) bag Ore Ida Potato O'Brion Frozen Foods
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can cream of potato soup, condensed
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup green onion, sliced
1 cup French-fried onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese, and green onion together. Spread mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake uncovered 40—50 minutes, then sprinkle french fried onions over top. Bake an additional 15 minutes, or until bubbly around edges. Makes 8–10 servings.
