Potato Chip Cookies

Yield: 3 dozen cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed potato chip
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, cream the peanut butter and butter then mix in the flour, sugar, and vanilla; thoroughly combine. Add the crushed potato chips to this mixture.

Form mixture into golf ball-size balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Cool the cookies then dust with powdered sugar.
