Yield: 1 1/2 dozen rolls

Ingredients

18 frozen white dinner rolls
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package cook & serve butterscotch pudding mix
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, sliced
1 Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Scatter frozen rolls in a Bundt® pan that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Rolls will expand, so take care not to overfill pan. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix sugars, dry pudding mix and cinnamon together. Sprinkle mixture on top of frozen rolls; dot with butter. Cover pan with a tea towel; let rise overnight. In the morning, uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 to 20 minutes. Turn pan over onto a serving tray; spoon warm syrup from pan over bread.

Tip: Make breakfast fun! Cut the centers from slices of toast with a cookie cutter, serve milk or juice with twisty straws and put smiley faces on bagels using raisins and cream cheese.
