Chicken-Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

1 (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14-ounce) can sweet corn & diced peppers, drained
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 (12-ounce) can chicken, drained
1 (8-ounce) package pasteurized processed cheese spread, diced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except cheese in a stockpot over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes, until heated through. Add cheese; stir until melted.

Tip: Can you spell YUM? A package of refrigerated bread sticks presents all kinds of alphabet fun...just shape the dough into letters before baking! Sprinkle with cheese, or cinnamon-sugar for a sweet treat.
