Apple Wheels

Ingredients

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
1 tablespoon raisins
4 red or yellow apples, cored

Directions:

Combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl; fold in chocolate chips and raisins. Fill centers of apples with mixture; refrigerate for one hour. Slice apples into 1/4-inch rings to serve.

Tip: To keep just-cut fruit slices looking fresh, dip them into lemon-lime soda before serving.
