Lasagna #2

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 quart stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 package spaghetti sauce mix
1 pound box lasagna noodles
2 cups cottage cheese
1 pound grated mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Brown ground beef. Stir in tomatoes and spaghetti sauce mix. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles until tender then drain. Mix cottage cheese, cheese, and parsley together. Layer in large pan starting with meat, then noodles, then cheese mixture, sprinkling each layer with Parmesan cheese repeat to make 3 layers ending with cheese on top Bake at 350°F until done.

NOTE: This may be frozen, cover with plastic wrap and then foil remove foil and plastic and bake at 250°F for 3 hours.
