Homemade Noodles


Serves: 8

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
flour
2 to 4 tablespoons water

Directions:

Mix flour and salt together in a bowl. Make depression in the center add eggs and oil. Gradually stir in flour in with water until ball is formed. Knead until smooth then roll very thin. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into thin slices. Drop into hot soup.
