Frozen Cranberry Salad

2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 can whole or strained cranberry sauce
1 cup well-drained crushed pineapple
1/2 cup finely chopped pecan (optional)
1 cup cream, whipped


Let cream cheese come to room temperature. Mash with fork; add sugar, mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, pineapple, and nuts. Mix well and add whipped cream. Mix well; pour into a lightly buttered loaf pan and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
