Craisin Salad

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup oil
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 head green leaf lettuce
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Parmesan cheese
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 bag craisins
1 package sliced almonds, toasted
4 cooked and cut-up chicken breasts (optional)


Mix ingredients in blender; set aside.

Combine all Salad ingredients and toss with Dressing right before you serve. For a main meal salad, add cut-up chicken breasts.
