4 ounces green spinach noodles, cooked
1 1/2 ounces mushrooms, diced
2 ounces diced tomatoes
2 ounces cauliflower florets
2 ounces broccoli florets
3 ounces diced ham
3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
butter for sauteing
4 ounces tomato sauce
1 ounce heavy cream
Parmesan cheese for topping


In large skillet, sauté noodles, mushrooms, tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, ham, and garlic in butter. Blend in tomato sauce and cream. Place on oven-proof serving dish, top with Parmesan cheese, and run under broiler to brown. Makes 1 serving. Recipe from Rookwood Pottery, Cincinnati, Ohio.
