Greens with Mango and Sunflower Seeds |

Dry-roasted sunflower seeds top this refreshing chopped salad of romaine, cabbage, mango, and radishes, made with typical ingredients commonly found in outdoor markets throughout Mexico.
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and diced or coarsely chopped
2 cups coarsely shredded Romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped cabbage
6 to 8 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dry-roasted sunflower seeds
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, vinegar, salt, and oil. Set aside. Put all of the remaining ingredients, except the sunflower seeds, in a large bowl. Toss with the dressing. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serve at once.
