Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

2/3 cup pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 pounds carrots, cooked and mashed

Directions:

Melt cheese and butter in a double boiler add onion and carrots, mixing well. Spread into a 13" x 9" baking pan bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
