Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) can water packed tuna drained
2 (15-ounce) cans great northern beans rinsed and drained
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/3 cup light thousand island salad dressing
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
1 green onion chopped
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Directions:

1. Toss together tuna and beans in medium bowl.
2. Add dill weed and dressing and mix gently.
3. Add the optional ingredients if you have time.
4. Serve 3/4 cup stuffed into 2 pita halves, rolled in a flour tortilla, placed on top of a tomato or salad greens, or simply eat with low-fat, whole-wheat crackers.
