Four Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

1 cup provolone cheese
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup gruyére cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
4 very ripe tomatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Grate or slice the cheeses. Skin, seed, and dice the tomatoes. Arrange the ingredients on the pizza dough. Sprinkle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 10 - 15 minutes.
