4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken bouillon
1 cup half and half
2 1/2 cups chicken cooked and cut into pieces
1 (10-ounce) bag fettuccini pasta
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
In boiling salted water, cook Fettuccine noodles. In a small saucepan melt butter. Add flour and mix until smooth. Add bouillon, half and half, and chicken. Boil until it starts to thicken. Grease a casserole dish and layer noodles, sauce, and cheese, twice. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
