Zucchini with Noodles & Basil

Serves: 4

4 ounces egg noodles
1 clove garlic, minced
2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 teaspoon crushed basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper (optional)


Cook noodles. Sauté garlic and zucchini in butter or margarine until zucchini is tender, about 5–10 minutes. Stir in basil and pepper. Drain noodles and toss with zucchini. Serve immediately.
