Ingredients

6 English muffins
1 (4-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon oregano
48 thin slices pepperoni
12 thin slices mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Slice muffins in half. Toast muffins until light brown. Spread tomato sauce on each half. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano. Place 4 slices pepperoni on each. Top with mozzarella cheese. Place on cookie sheet or aluminum foil and bake at 350° until cheese bubbles, approximately 10 minutes.

Note: Bagels may be substituted for English muffins.
