1 stick butter (not margarine)
2 cans beef broth
1 can mushrooms
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 chopped green onions


Lightly brown broken pieces of vermicelli in butter. Add beef broth, mushrooms, and soy sauce. Simmer until liquid is absorbed. Add green onions just before noodles are done.
