Sauté onion in melted margarine. Add franks. Heat until franks are cooked and onions are lightly browned. Add salt, flour and chili powder to onions and franks. Mix in beans, tomatoes and corn. Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes.
Variation: May use 1 can kidney beans, drained, 1 can baked beans, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can tomatoes, and 1 can whole-kernel corn, drained.
