Easy Rice Casserole

Serves: 5
Total Calories: 224


1 cup Uncle Ben's long grain rice
1 (7-ounce) can sliced mushrooms (do not drain)
1 can French onion soup
1 can sliced water chestnut, drained
2/3 stick butter


Mix first 4 ingredients. Top with butter pats and bake uncovered for one hour at 350°.
