Baked Rice

1/2 cup raw rice
1/8 cup chopped green pepper
1/8 cup chopped onion
1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms
1/2 cup melted butter
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can beef consommé


Add all ingredients in order into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Stir and bake uncovered at 350° for one hour.
