Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Ingredients

1 quart strawberries, washed and unstemmed
-----------------------
Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
1 (6-ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels
1 teaspoon vanilla or orange extract (try it both ways!)
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

Arrange strawberries on doilied plate. Place sauce ingredients in top of double boiler and stir until blended. Serve in bowl over hot water (or fondue pot) and let guests hand-dip the strawberries. If there is any sauce left over, freeze and re-use as fudge sauce for ice cream.
