Grandma's Winter Soup


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomato, with liquid
1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
2 to 3 cubes beef bouillon
2 teaspoons dried oregano
4 cups water

Directions:

In a saucepan, brown ground beef with onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer over low heat 45 minutes to 1 hour.
