Empanada Pie

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup sliced black olives
2 9 inch refrigerated pie crust

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a pan, brown ground beef and onions until meat is no longer pink. Stir in paprika, cumin, and salt. Remove from heat. Stir in raisins and olives.

Lay one crust in a deep-dish pie pan. Spoon meat mixture into pie crust. Lay second crust over top and seal edges by pinching together. Cut four slits in top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake 30 minutes, or until golden.
