Tzatziki

Ingredients

2 cups plain yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium cucumber peeled, seeds removed, and finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1-2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Place all the ingredients in medium bowl and mix with a whisk or fork until well blended.

2. Refrigerate until well chilled.
