Sparkling Berry Soup

Ingredients

6 cups berries , stems removed
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups sparkling water
optional: ice cream or frozen yogurt

Directions:

Purée berries and juices together pour into a punch bowl. Stir in sugar and sparkling water cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Ladle into chilled serving bowls top with a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt, if desired.
